Criminalz: Kansas City Chiefs Superfan Robbed Banks So He Could be At Games

A Kansas City Chiefs Superfan Robbed Banks So He Could Afford to Attend the Games

NFL season is around the corner, and while it's really fun to attend games, you might not be able to afford season tickets without ROBBING A FEW BANKS . . . like this guy.

A 29-year-old man in Kansas City named Xaviar Babudar is a SUPERFAN of the Kansas City Chiefs.  He goes by the name "Chiefsaholic" online.

Well, Chiefsaholic was just indicted on three counts of armed bank robbery . . . one count of bank theft . . . 11 counts of money laundering . . . and four counts of transporting stolen property across state lines.  He was arrested last month.

He was linked to eight robberies during a nine-month span last year.  He'd rob banks . . . launder the money through casinos in the Midwest . . . and then use the new funds to attend Chiefs games. The authorities believe Chiefsaholic got away with more than $80,000.

For what it's worth, his lawyers say he's innocent, and will, quote, "be redeemed in the eyes of his supporters, admirers, and the Chiefs Kingdom."
