(KHOU) 26-year-old Shaeryll Hunter has been accused of pinning the pregnant girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend, Chris Chaney, between a car and a home in Southwest Houston.
The charges come from an altercation that took place last week where Chaney alleges Hunter and 21-year-old Alise Kelley, had "been texting and talking over the phone saying they want to fight each other and meet up right here and do it."
After coming to the 9600 block of Ravensworth Drive, Chaney told KHOU that he saw Hunter "punching on the window and she wanted to fight the other one." Soon after, Hunter jumped into Chaney's vehicle and gunned it and putting a four months pregnant Kelly between the car and the house. After she drove off, Kelley’s legs were twisted causing one of her feet to be amputated.
When asked if he believed the two women were fighting over him, Chaney told reporter
Court room footage shows that during her appearance, Hunter stood before the judge with her hands on her hips initially and showed little emotion over the events that have taken place. As she walked away, she looked at the cameras in the courtroom and smiled.
Hunter has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor case of failing to provide identification.
Hunter has two children with Chris Chaney and is also five months pregnant with his third child, Chaney also has two children with two other women.
