Fans of Steven Van Zandt's "Lilyhammer" will soon get to see new episodes. Netflix plans to roll out the second season on December 13th at 3:01 a.m. Eastern, 12:01 a.m. Pacific time.
All eight episodes of season two will be available immediately. The series stars the E Street Band guitarist as Frank "The Fixer" Tagliano, a mobster in the witness protection program who's been relocated to Lillehammer, Norway. Frank has a new identity in Norway, where he's Johnny Henriksen - a father of two who runs a successful nightclub.
In season two Frank's life as Johnny is jeopardized when people from his former life discover he isn't dead.
Netflix rep Ted Sarandos describes "Lilyhammer" as "mob show like no other," and says season two is "an amped up ride" that showcases Van Zandt "at his glorious, baddest best."
